Digital X-rays are a fast and comfortable tool we use to accurately diagnose your dental health needs. They emit significantly less radiation than conventional X-rays and require no chemical processing, making them the smart choice for your smile and for the environment, too! We also employ digital imaging, so you can preview your new smile before treatment even begins.
When guiding patients through their dental diagnosis and treatment, we like to utilize intraoral cameras as an educational tool. The camera has the ability to take digital photographs in hard-to-reach areas like the back molars. What this means for us is that we can more easily identify problems. What it means for you is that you can take on a more active role in your healthcare process.
We live in a busy world, so we strive to provide you with as many treatments as possible from our own office. With our soft tissue laser, we can provide complex procedures like cosmetic gum reshaping and gum infection therapy right at our practice to save you time and any extra stress.
Your comfort is our concern. With our Isolite® patient comfort system, sitting through your dental visit is made more restful. The system uses a soft, flexible mouthpiece that allows you to relax your jaw while keeping your mouth open. Doing so allows us to work as efficiently as possible, forego the need for any rinse breaks or cotton rolls in your mouth, and keep you comfortable.
Excellent dental care requires exacting precision and attention to detail. We must work in very small spaces and be accurate to a fraction of a millimeter. To help us, Dr. Rogers and our hygienists use special prismatic magnification glasses, or “loupes.” These loupes offer varying levels of magnification, enabling us to choose the right setting to get the very best view of your mouth depending on the present treatment.
