Insurance Accepted

We accept both in-network and out-of-network insurance, and we are preferred providers for Humana, BCBS, Delta Dental, Cigna, Principal, Guardian and AFLAC. In the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist our patients in maximizing insurance benefits. At your first visit, we will ask you for current insurance information, and we may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits, so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. Insured patients will receive cost estimates broken down by insured and uninsured costs.

We understand that dental insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to you, we will also complete and submit your dental insurance claims and work diligently to make this happen as quickly as possible.
